About Aseyah

My name is Aseyah, and I’m a qualified holistic massage therapist and Usui Reiki practitioner based here in Norwich. My practice is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we treat the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, not just the symptoms.

I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature, to stillness, and to the power of touch. Over time I came to understand that the body carries more than just tension. It carries stories, emotions, and energy that need space to release.

I trained in holistic massage therapy, deep tissue techniques, pregnancy massage, hot stone therapy, Indian head massage, and Hopi ear candling. I’m also a certified Usui Reiki practitioner, which allows me to offer energy healing alongside physical bodywork. This breadth means I can offer you a truly personalised treatment, or combine modalities within a single session.

What sets my practice apart is that I come to you. I believe healing is more powerful when you’re in a space that feels safe and comfortable, your own home, your own environment. I also work from my treatment room at Fairhurst Gallery in the Norwich Lanes, a beautiful, calm space in the heart of the city.

I’ve had the privilege of working at festivals like YOUTOPIA and at Fritton Lake, bringing holistic treatments to people in settings where the boundary between nature and healing dissolves completely. Those experiences remind me why I do this work.
