Holistic massage is my foundation treatment, a flowing, intuitive full-body massage that works with your muscles, your breath, and your energy to bring you back to centre. I blend techniques from Swedish and therapeutic massage, adapting the pressure and focus to whatever your body needs on the day. It's not a set routine. Every session is shaped around you.

What to expect
We'll start with a brief consultation so I can understand where you're holding tension and what you'd like from the session. You'll lie on a comfortable treatment table, covered with warm towels. I only uncover the area I'm working on. I use a blend of natural oils, and the room is warm, quiet, and held just for you. Most clients drift into a deeply relaxed state within the first few minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Holistic massage uses a lighter to medium pressure with flowing strokes, focusing on whole-body relaxation and balance. Deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure to target specific areas of chronic tension. I can blend both approaches within a single session based on what your body needs.
You undress to your comfort level. Most clients remove clothing from the areas being treated, but you're always covered with towels except for the area I'm working on. Your comfort is the priority.
