You'll lie fully clothed on a treatment table. I place my hands gently on or just above your body, working through a sequence of positions from head to feet. Most people experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep calm. Some clients fall asleep, and that's perfectly fine. There's no pressure, no manipulation, just quiet, focused healing energy. Each session is unique and meets you wherever you are.
